Revenue Accountant – Trade & Tenant Billing

About the role

Diamond Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Revenue Accountant to support accurate and timely accounting for trade customer revenue and third‑party tenant billings. The role will manage core revenue processes, ensure compliance with accounting standards and contract terms, and provide insights to business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Execute invoicing, accruals, reconciliations, and revenue reporting for trade and tenant customers.
• Monitor and communicate trade revenue accruals and customer invoicing to guarantee timely revenue recognition.
• Analyze revenue results, prepare reports, and present findings to commercial and finance stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and contract requirements.
• Provide informal guidance to team members and explain accounting information to a range of stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of revenue accounting principles and trade/tenant billing processes.
• Ability to work within established policies, controls, and timelines.
• Effective communication skills for presenting financial results to business partners.
• Proactive problem‑solving and sound judgment in resolving straightforward accounting issues.
