Resident Engagement Specialist

About the role

The Resident Engagement Specialist drives resident engagement and creates a sense of community at Pillar Properties’ apartments. This role serves as the first point of contact for residents, handling inquiries, events, and personalized services throughout the resident lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for resident inquiries, conflict management, maintenance requests, and community needs, ensuring timely resolution.
• Plan and execute monthly resident events, manage event budgets, and promote activities through social media and newsletters.
• Develop and maintain a social media calendar, create content, and post the resident newsletter.
• Assist with lease renewals, renters‑insurance compliance, and property tours.
• Manage amenity reservations, package deliveries, and the resident portal system.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED; at least 1 year of experience in hospitality, service, or property management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project‑management abilities.
• Self‑starter who can work with limited direction and adapt to multiple priorities.

• YARDI property‑management software
