Remote Telesales Representative - Rental Guarantee Program

About the role

Royal York Property Management is hiring Telesales Representatives for a full-time remote position working U.S. Eastern Time business hours. You will speak with residential property owners about a rental-guarantee program that costs C$100 per month and protects owners if a covered tenant does not pay rent. You will not close the final sale; your main goal is to generate qualified, accepted live transfers.

Key responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls through an automatic dialer and meet hourly and daily calling and transfer targets.
• Gain the owner's attention, introduce the program, ask questions about the owner and their property, and confirm the number of properties and whether they are occupied or vacant.
• Explain the C$100 monthly cost and the potential value of protecting rental income, then respond to objections on price, need, trust, timing or tenant history.
• Ask qualified owners to complete an immediate live transfer and record accurate notes, outcomes and call dispositions.
• Follow campaign scripts, qualification rules and opt-out requirements.

Required profile

• Three or more years of experience in telesales, outbound sales, call-centre sales, appointment setting, lead generation or live transfers.
• Experience meeting call, transfer, appointment, conversion or sales targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English, strong listening skills and the ability to stay calm with skeptical or impatient owners.
• Full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
• Preferred: property management, real estate, insurance, financial services, telecommunications, home services or other consumer-sales experience.

Required skills

• Experience with an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication.
• Accurate CRM, call-note and disposition habits.
• Ability to receive coaching and apply feedback quickly.
• Remote work setup: computer with at least 16 GB RAM, dual monitors including an external one of at least 22 inches, wired USB noise-cancelling headset, webcam, quiet calling environment, wired internet of at least 100 Mbps download, backup internet and power arrangements, and ability to use a dialer, CRM and campaign system at once.
