About the role
The Associate - Operations will handle inbound calls from customers and agents, resolving queries related to insurance policy transactions such as new business, renewals, and amendments.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer service for insurance policy transactions.
- Meet or exceed business KRAs including NPS, Quality, Productivity, and AHT.
- Work in a 24 × 7 environment with split-offs and rotational shifts.
- Be willing to work onsite or in a hybrid model as required by the business.
Required profile
- Solutions mindset with a passion for delivering excellent customer experience.
- Ability to adapt to team challenges and business requirements.
- High proficiency in verbal and written English with a neutral accent.
- Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
- Efficient use of internet, computer, typing, and web‑based applications.
- Essential numeracy, product knowledge, and telephone etiquette.
