About the role
Concentrix is hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative – Financial to provide inbound support for global financial brand partners. The role involves assisting customers with account inquiries, basic technical issues, and recommending suitable financial products while working from a quiet home office.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries following corporate scripts and quality guidelines.
- Resolve financial service questions and basic technical account issues.
- Document interactions, account updates, and case notes accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify cross‑selling or upselling opportunities and recommend appropriate financial products.
- Maintain quality‑assurance targets, customer‑satisfaction metrics, and data‑integrity standards.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or GED with at least 1 year of customer‑service experience and 6 months of soft‑sales or telemarketing experience.
- Dedicated home office equipped with a PC or laptop, high‑speed wired internet connection, and an active smartphone.
