The position involves handling inbound calls, scheduling appointments, following client-specific procedures, and performing various administrative tasks while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and provide empathetic customer support.
• Schedule appointments and assist customers with inquiries and requests.
• Follow client protocols, call scripts, and data‑entry procedures.
• Use multiple software platforms while managing customer interactions.
• Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks.
• Meet performance standards for schedule adherence, call handling, and quality.

Required profile

• Reside within 50 miles of San Antonio, Texas.
• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
• Comfortable using multiple software platforms simultaneously.
• Strong professional and friendly communication skills.
• Calm, patient, and empathetic approach during challenging conversations.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and well‑organized.

Required skills

• Windows 11 PC or higher.
• Wired Ethernet connection.
• Internet speed ≥50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Web camera.
• Professional wired headset with microphone.
• Dual monitors with minimum resolution 1600×900.
