Remote Customer Service Representative

About the role

OneTouch Direct is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join its contact center team on a full-time, remote basis. The position is based in the San Antonio, Texas region, and the candidate acts as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving service issues and giving accurate product and service information.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by telephone, email and chat in a professional and timely way.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Process customer orders, account updates, modifications and returns accurately.
• Escalate complex complaints and service concerns to senior team members when needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and handle information responsibly.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and suggest improvements to service processes.
• Meet customer service quality standards and manage daily tasks independently in a remote setting.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years of customer service experience preferred; previous call center or remote support experience is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of customer service operations, call center support, issue resolution, order processing and account assistance.
• Problem-solving, critical thinking, time management, accuracy and the ability to work independently.
• Must live in the San Antonio, Texas region, with a suitable workspace, hardwired Ethernet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 25 Mbps upload), a Windows 11 or higher computer, a USB noise-canceling headset and a webcam.

• Salary of $35,000 to $45,000 per year (estimated).
