US Patient Enrollment Coordinator (Evening Shift)

About the role

Minerva Research Solutions, a clinical trial management service provider supporting biotech, medical and pharma companies through all phases of the clinical trial lifecycle, is hiring a Patient Enrollment Specialist (Patient Enrollment Coordinator) for US studies. The role screens new leads, follows up and documents participants in the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) for active clinical trials. It is a full-time, on-site evening shift position, Monday to Friday, 7 PM to 3 AM.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct phone interviews and screenings for prospective clinical study participants in the US
• Maintain an organized database of clinical study participants
• Develop outreach strategies to improve participant recruitment
• Contact study participants by phone, SMS and similar means
• Work with Medical Staff (CRCs) to ensure adequate subject recruitment for each study
• Maintain study documentation and volunteer records, including consent forms
• Support sales, marketing and outreach efforts as needed
• Provide accurate study information to participants and take part in special projects as assigned

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in BDS or Pharm-D
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a relevant field
• Good knowledge of clinical trials
• Proficiency in written and spoken English (mandatory); therapeutic communication in English with a US accent preferred
• Teamwork, planning, customer focus and proactive knowledge sharing

Required skills

• Computer literacy with good knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of clinical trials
