Client Service Representative – Novi, MI

About the role

Bureau Veritas is looking for a Client Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers in Novi, Michigan. The role involves handling client communications, resolving inquiries and complaints, and supporting the coordination between clients and laboratory production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client contacts via email, telephone and in‑person, ensuring timely responses.
• Resolve client inquiries, issues and complaints, including financial matters when needed.
• Track client jobs, report progress and coordinate requirements with laboratory production managers.
• Assist branch offices and other Bureau Veritas units to maintain strong client relations.
• Conduct onboarding for new and existing clients and generate quotations for renewals.
• Schedule and host regular client meetings, preparing agendas and presentations.
• Participate in conferences, trade shows or events as required.

Required profile

• BS or technical diploma in Science (preferably Chemistry) with at least one year of client service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities to handle time‑critical issues.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Basic laboratory knowledge is an asset.
