Associate – Operations (Bilingual Customer Support)

About the role

WNS Global Services is seeking a bilingual Associate – Operations to serve as the primary point of contact for credit and underwriting inquiries, customer service requests, and accounts receivable activities. The role involves handling both email and phone communications in English and Portuguese.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound cases related to credit line requests, increases, and status updates.
• Support customers with disputes, account changes, merchant reimbursements, and portal activities.
• Perform manual cash application, invoice provision, and payment guidance.
• Communicate effectively via calls and emails, logging and routing requests per SLA.
• Escalate issues according to established procedures and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of contact‑center or customer relationship management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (B2) and Portuguese (B2).
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Proficient computer skills, including typing.
