Bilingual Personal Injury Intake Specialist (Weekends, Remote)

About the role

A U.S. personal injury law firm, recruited by Legal Staff Now, is hiring an experienced bilingual Personal Injury Intake Specialist. The role is fully remote and focuses on connecting with prospective clients, qualifying cases and guiding them toward signing with the firm. Pay is $1,000-$1,200 USD per month, with bonuses and commissions after month 3.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from prospective personal injury clients.
• Conduct intake interviews and collect relevant case information.
• Evaluate and qualify potential cases according to the firm's criteria.
• Explain the intake process and guide prospects through the next steps.
• Schedule consultations with attorneys.
• Maintain accurate records in the firm's CRM.
• Follow up with prospective clients and help convert qualified leads into signed cases.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of personal injury intake experience with a U.S. law firm.
• Previous experience closing personal injury leads and converting prospects into clients.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to handle inbound calls, qualify leads and overcome objections.
• Strong follow-up, organization and documentation skills, with a client-focused, goal-oriented approach.

Required skills

• Strong communication, sales and persuasion skills.
• Familiarity with legal CRMs such as Clio, Litify, Filevine, SmartAdvocate or MyCase is a plus.

• 100% remote work.
• Weekly schedule of 40 hours: either Wednesday to Sunday 9:00 AM-6:30 PM PST or Sunday to Thursday 11:30 AM-8:00 PM PST.
