Outbound Sales Representative (Remote)

About the role

Royal York Property Management is hiring Outbound Sales Representatives to speak with rental-property owners about its rental-guarantee program, which protects an owner's rental income if a tenant fails to pay rent. The work is remote and full-time, with U.S. Eastern Time hours and annual target earnings of C$40,000 to C$50,000. You will not close the final sale; your job is to create interest, qualify the opportunity and secure an immediate live transfer.

Key responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls using an automatic dialer and introduce the program clearly.
• Ask brief questions about the owner and their rental property and identify whether they meet the campaign's basic requirements.
• Respond to objections on cost, interest, timing, trust or existing services and explain the value of rental-income protection.
• Ask qualified owners to speak with a sales representative and complete warm and live transfers.
• Record accurate call notes, outcomes and dispositions, follow scripts and opt-out procedures, and meet hourly and daily performance targets.

Required profile

• Three or more years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, appointment setting, lead generation, call-centre sales or live transfers.
• Experience with an automatic or predictive dialer and working toward call, transfer, appointment, conversion or sales targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English, strong listening and objection-handling skills, and openness to coaching and call monitoring.
• Full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
• Preferred: property management, real estate, insurance, financial services, telecommunications, home services or other consumer-sales experience.

Required skills

• Use of a dialer, CRM and campaign system simultaneously.
• Remote-work setup: computer with at least 16 GB RAM, dual monitors, wired USB noise-cancelling headset, webcam, wired internet of at least 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, backup internet and power, and a quiet workspace.
• Preferred: experience with Convoso, Five9, NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud CX, CallTools or Readymode.
