Remote Sales with Developmental Leadership

About the role

The Fisher Organization, representing the American Income Division of Globe Life, is hiring for a full-time, entry-level, performance-based remote sales position with a developmental leadership track. You will start by delivering benefit consultations to families, with daily support, proven systems and performance coaching. High performers can move into leadership roles within 60-90 days.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with warm leads who have requested information
• Deliver professional, needs-based presentations so clients understand their benefit options
• Manage a consistent schedule of appointments, follow-ups and client communication
• Use proven systems and training to guide client conversations and drive results
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, communication and client service
• Support new team members and contribute to team performance while building foundational leadership skills
• Collaborate with leadership to meet team goals and implement best practices, taking on more responsibility as performance grows

Required profile

• Self-motivated with strong communication skills
• Thrives in performance-driven, remote environments
• Fast learner who wants to advance quickly based on merit
• Interested in coaching and team contribution
• Prior experience in sales, service, coaching or leadership is helpful but not required
