About the role

Neat N’ Tidy is seeking a motivated Remote Recruiter to source, interview, and onboard cleaning professionals across multiple US markets. This fully remote, contract position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates using Facebook, Nextdoor, and local community networks and develop market‑specific recruitment strategies.
• Screen resumes, conduct virtual interviews, and manage organized candidate pipelines.
• Write engaging job postings, maintain communication with applicants, and track recruitment metrics.
• Partner with leadership on staffing goals, provide hiring updates, and support onboarding and orientation sessions.

Required profile

• 1+ years experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable using social media, job boards, and online platforms for sourcing.
• Proactive, resource‑focused and committed to continuous process improvement.
