Provider Engagement and Sourcing Coordinator

About the role

The Provider Engagement and Sourcing Coordinator supports the Provider Recruiting department by managing physician and APP openings, building talent pipelines, and coordinating engagement initiatives. This full‑time position works closely with the Provider Recruiting Manager to ensure effective sourcing and retention of healthcare providers.

Key responsibilities

• Post and manage all physician and APP openings across job boards, recruitment platforms, professional associations, and advertising vendors.
• Research and identify effective sourcing strategies and recruitment channels.
• Source passive candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs.
• Maintain candidate databases and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) records.
• Track and report recruitment performance metrics, develop monthly dashboards, and analyze sourcing trends.
• Monitor vendor performance and advertising ROI.
• Coordinate provider engagement events, resident outreach activities, and physician networking opportunities.
• Conduct provider retention touchpoints and assist with engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve provider satisfaction and retention.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems.
