Remote Project Manager (Mid-Level or Senior)

About the role

Thinkso, a fully remote boutique creative agency based in New York City, is hiring a mid-level or senior project manager with 2 to 6 years of direct experience. The position is filled at one level depending on the candidate's experience: mid-level (2-4 years) manages small and mid-size client accounts and supports senior project managers on large accounts, while senior (4-6+ years) manages mid-size and large accounts with light oversight, acting as a strategic thought partner to clients and internal teams and mentoring junior project managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of client and internal projects according to the agency's Project Management Handbook
• Client communications and relationship-building
• Project and workflow management, including schedules, briefs and quality control of deliverables
• Staffing and resource allocation
• Vendor sourcing and management (printers, illustrators, animators, programmers)
• Budgets, estimates and monthly invoicing

Required profile

• Years of project management experience at a creative agency or in an in-house creative services team
• Thorough understanding of the creative process across deliverables and channels
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong client service and relationship-building skills
• Organized, systematic and eager to learn; able to thrive remotely
• For the senior level: experience managing creative projects in financial services, strategic partnership with clients and teams, and mentoring junior project managers

Required skills

• Proficiency on the Mac platform and Google Docs
• Project management best practices

What we offer

• Salary of $75,000 (mid-level) or $100,000 (senior), plus possible annual bonus; fixed and non-negotiable per level
