Remote Marketing Supervisor (Latin America)

About the role

The Marketing Supervisor will lead day‑to‑day marketing activities for a growing law firm, shaping strategies that boost brand awareness, generate qualified leads and support aggressive growth. This remote position serves Latin America and requires fluency in English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies, budgets, KPIs and performance targets in collaboration with leadership.
• Manage SEO and digital marketing vendors, oversee SEO implementation, content creation, social media, newsletters and overall campaign execution.
• Analyze performance data, lead sources and ROI to optimize spend and improve conversion rates.
• Supervise the Marketing Coordinator, set priorities, provide coaching and ensure timely delivery of work.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of progressive marketing experience with digital, SEO and analytics focus.
• Prior supervisory experience (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Portfolio demonstrating content‑creation creativity.

Required skills

• SEO strategy development and evaluation.
• Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Business Profile.
• Digital marketing analytics and KPI/dashboard creation.
• Social media and short‑form video content production.
