Remote Marketing Creative Specialist

About the role

eandd is looking for a creative operator who produces at an agency level but works like a founder: able to take a brief, a brand guide and a deadline and return polished work with minimal hand-holding. The role is remote, part time (20 hours) and paid $12-14 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Produce creative across formats: newsletters, social content, campaign assets, brand documents, landing pages, one-pagers and pitch materials.
• Turn client briefs and brand guidelines into finished, on-brand deliverables.
• Use Claude and similar LLMs to speed up research, drafting and iteration, then apply editorial judgment to improve the result.
• Use Lovable or comparable no-code tools to build and deploy lightweight web assets when needed.
• Manage several client projects at once without losing quality or detail, and flag issues early.

Required profile

• A portfolio of real, shipped creative work, not concepts or mockups.
• Demonstrable hands-on fluency with Claude or comparable AI tools.
• Ability to turn a brief into a first draft within 24 hours.
• Remote availability during US business hours, with at least 10am-4pm ET overlap.
• Strong written English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Canva, Figma, Adobe or equivalent.
• Preferred: experience juggling multiple client brands (agency background), familiarity with brand systems, and an eye for typography, layout and visual hierarchy.
