About the role
This is a commission‑only, full‑time position where you will work remotely, handling inbound calls and Zoom meetings with individuals seeking life‑insurance information. You will guide families through options from over 60 carrier partners, helping them choose coverage that fits their needs and budget.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound inquiries via phone and Zoom, explaining policy types and coverage options.
- Use the company’s platform to access multiple carriers, generate quotes, and assist clients in selecting appropriate policies.
- Follow a proven sales system, attend live‑call mentoring sessions, and continuously improve conversion rates.
Required profile
- U.S. resident able to pass a background check.
- Willingness to obtain a Life & Health insurance license (company guidance provided).
- Coachability, consistency, and a commitment to follow the training program.
