About the role

Join AT&T’s retail team in Brooklyn as a bilingual Russian‑English sales consultant. You will guide customers to the right solutions, deliver an exceptional AT&T experience, and help them stay connected with the latest technology.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor using a consultative approach, recommending devices and services.
• Handle online orders, outbound calls, and community events to promote AT&T products.
• Maintain a flexible schedule (9 am‑9 pm, including weekends) and adapt to fast‑changing tech trends.

Required profile

• Advanced fluency in Russian and English for daily customer interaction.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and a customer‑first attitude.
• Willingness to learn on the spot and exceed sales targets.

Required skills

• Tech‑savvy mindset to understand and explain AT&T products.
• Ability to use AT&T’s sales tools and CRM systems.
