About the role

Join AT&T’s retail team in Brooklyn as a Bilingual Russian Retail Sales Consultant. You will use your Russian and English fluency to guide customers through AT&T’s product suite, deliver an exceptional experience, and meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consultative sales assistance, helping customers choose the right devices and services.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, including online orders and community events.
• Maintain a flexible schedule between 9 am and 9 pm, including weekends, to meet customer needs.

Required profile

• Advanced bilingual fluency in Russian and English.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a dedication to excellent service.

Required skills

• Tech‑savvy with the ability to learn new products on the spot.
• Resourceful and quick‑thinking in a fast‑paced retail environment.

What we offer

• Base salary ranging from $47,000 to $75,000 annually, plus uncapped commission.
