About the role

Join AT&T’s retail team in Brooklyn as a Part‑Time Bilingual Russian Retail Sales Consultant. You will use your Russian and English fluency to guide customers to the right solutions while delivering an exceptional AT&T experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consultative sales assistance on AT&T products and services, helping customers choose the best options.
• Assist customers in‑store, online, and via outbound calls, handling orders and inquiries.
• Participate in community events and maintain a flexible schedule between 9 am‑9 pm, including weekends.

Required profile

• Advanced bilingual fluency in Russian and English.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a commitment to exceed expectations.

Required skills

• Tech‑savvy with the ability to learn new devices and services quickly.
• Resourceful and good‑natured, able to think on the spot.

What we offer

• Sign‑on bonus up to $3,000 for external candidates.
• Base salary range $27,000–$48,000 annually plus uncapped commission.
