About the role

Join AT&T’s retail team in Brooklyn as a Bilingual Arabic Part‑Time Retail Sales Consultant. You will use your Arabic and English fluency to guide customers through AT&T’s product suite, delivering an exceptional experience while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right devices and services using a consultative sales approach.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, fill online orders, and participate in community events.
• Maintain a flexible schedule between 9 am‑9 pm, including weekends, with seniority‑based shifts posted two weeks in advance.

Required profile

• Advanced bilingual fluency in Arabic and English.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a commitment to exceed expectations.
