Part-Time Retail Ambassador in Williamsburg

About the role

Rothy’s is seeking a part‑time Retail Ambassador to join its Williamsburg store. You will represent the brand on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting a welcoming, inclusive store culture.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the Rothy’s experience to every customer, providing best‑in‑class service rooted in brand values.
• Drive personal sales and contribute to team goals through strong clienteling practices.
• Maintain store operations including stock replenishment, visual merchandising support, and cleanliness.
• Follow store policies, SOPs, and dress code, including wearing Rothy’s shoes during shifts.

Required profile

• Guided by Rothy’s values and committed to a service‑driven environment.
• 18 years of age or older with previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, passion for service, and ability to achieve sales goals.
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week on peak and non‑peak days.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb and use ladders or step stools safely.
