Remote Data Entry Operator – Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Remote Data Entry Operator to join our legal and professional services team. This full‑time, work‑from‑home position supports the processing of application files while adhering to ISO standards.

Key responsibilities

• Verify data from source documents against established procedures and rules.
• Correct typographical errors, missing or duplicated data, and ensure proper use of composition codes and style guidelines.
• Assemble files in the prescribed sequence, including Text, CWU, and Drawings information.
• Complete weekly timesheets and follow ISO‑based standard procedures.
• Perform additional job‑related duties as required.

Required profile

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Commitment to up to three weeks of full‑time remote training.
• Minimum of 40 productive hours per week at home.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass pre‑employment assessments and background checks.
• High‑speed internet capability.
