Office Associate – Healthcare Administration

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for an Office Associate to join its West Chester, PA Skilled Nursing office. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in client services, employee support, compliance, and office operations within a leading home‑care provider.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the manager to coordinate and deliver high‑quality client services.
• Conduct new‑hire orientation for RNs, LPNs, and HHAs.
• Track employee personnel and compliance requirements.
• Support field employee engagement and recognition activities.
• Assist with office operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining accurate data.
• Provide administrative and operational support as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ambitious growth mindset with a desire to advance.
• Comfortable communicating by phone and conducting professional outreach.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Data entry and basic computer skills.
