Remote B2B Sales Closer

About the role

Novobound designs, launches and manages AI-personalized cold email and LinkedIn outbound systems that book qualified sales meetings for US-based medical billing and healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) agencies. The Remote B2B Sales Closer is a fully remote position responsible for running scheduled sales calls with qualified healthcare prospects, understanding their needs and presenting Novobound's outbound systems as tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of opportunities and follow up with leads
• Handle objections and close deals with medical practice owners and healthcare decision-makers in the US
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools
• Ensure a smooth onboarding transition for closed clients
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, remote closing or appointment setting; healthcare or agency experience is a big plus
• Professional fluency in spoken and written English, with strong communication and active listening skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to understand client business models and present performance-based offers
• Self-motivated, reliable and comfortable with a performance- and commission-aligned growth structure
