About the role

As a Relationship Banker in the Gulf Pines Market, you will be the face of Chase, delivering friendly, attentive service while leveraging modern banking technology. You will build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients, helping them meet their financial goals and enhancing the branch’s performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, client‑focused service that exceeds expectations.
• Manage an assigned client portfolio, meeting clients in‑person and by phone to understand their needs.
• Recommend appropriate products and services, guiding clients toward digital solutions such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Stay current on Chase’s products, services, and procedures to offer accurate advice.
• Collaborate with specialists for complex financial needs while adhering to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in retail banking, financial services, or a related field.
• Proven ability to acquire new clients, deepen relationships, and achieve results.
• Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Successful completion of the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, and any required state registrations within 180 days of hire.
• Availability to work branch hours, including weekends and occasional evenings.
