About the role

The RN will provide nursing care across the Neonatal ICU, Pediatrics, and Postpartum units at Fairview Hospital, delivering high‑quality, compassionate care to newborns, children, and postpartum mothers.

Key responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care and implement patient care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and follow physician and nursing orders.
Monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions.
Educate patients and families and coordinate discharge needs.

Required profile

Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN or BSN).
Current RN licensure and Basic Life Support certification.
One year of acute care RN experience or licensed military RN experience.
Physical ability to lift patients and work under stressful conditions.

Required skills

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification for critical care areas.
