Registered Nurse – Weekend Home Health Visits

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its East Tucson Visits team for weekend home health visits. The role focuses on start‑of‑care admissions and requires strong assessment, documentation, and clinical decision‑making skills in a home setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive head‑to‑toe assessments and identify subtle changes in patient condition.
• Provide acute and post‑acute care including CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, and post‑surgical support.
• Tri­age urgent clinical situations, perform medication reconciliation, and ensure safety monitoring.
• Document care accurately using point‑of‑care technology and manage dynamic visit schedules.

Required profile

• Current Arizona RN license in good standing and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least one year of recent hands‑on experience with adult/geriatric patients in acute, emergency, home health, hospice, ICU, med‑surg, sub‑acute, or rehab settings.
• Ability to work independently, make real‑time clinical decisions, and escalate concerns when needed.
