Registered Nurse – Telemetry (CCFSR)

About the role

The RN CCFSR – Telemetry position provides direct patient care across multiple Cleveland Clinic facilities in Florida, including Martin North, Martin South, and Tradition Hospital. The role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work in acute care telemetry units.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver general and specialized patient care in telemetry, step‑down, and medical/surgical units.
• Perform accurate admission assessments and document pain levels using established protocols.
• Monitor, document, and evaluate patient conditions, updating care plans to achieve expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate treatment plans and facilitate discharge.

Required profile

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN).
• Current RN licensure in the state of Florida.
• Minimum two years recent acute‑care experience with telemetry monitoring.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications and recent NIH Stroke Scale certification.
