Registered Nurse – Surgery (Day Shift)

About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Surgery department at Marymount Hospital in Garfield Heights. This full‑time day‑shift position (7:00 am‑3:30 pm) includes on‑call responsibilities and provides nursing care to patients undergoing surgical or invasive procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Provide peri‑operative nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Perform circulating functions, monitor and record patient conditions, and communicate status to the surgical team.
• Prepare the operating room, surgical instruments, and equipment for use.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within six months of hire.
• One year of RN experience or completion of Cleveland Clinic’s Perioperative Residency Program.
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
