About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care in an assisted‑living facility. The RN will deliver comprehensive clinical services to residents who require professional nursing support, ensuring their safety and well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing services and monitor resident health status.
• Perform clinical assessments and maintain accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Active New York State RN license (required).
• Experience in a Continuing Health Care Assistant (CHHA) setting preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory.
