Registered Nurse – ICU (Day/Night Rotation)

About the role

The Registered Nurse will work in the 28‑bed Intensive Care Unit at Marymount Hospital, providing high‑acuity care to critically ill patients. You will interact directly with patients, families, and the care team, delivering compassionate, evidence‑based treatment while supporting the patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patients’ conditions and adjust plans to achieve outcomes.
• Carry out physician and nursing orders, including medication administration and therapeutic procedures.
• Assess discharge needs and coordinate transitions of care.
• Educate patients and families, addressing cultural and special concerns.

Required profile

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN).
• Current state RN licensure.
• At least one year of acute‑care RN experience in a hospital setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification upon hire or within one year.
