About the role

Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a full‑time Registered Nurse providing 1:1 home health visits in Montgomery County, Tuesday through Saturday. Enjoy a flexible schedule, balanced work‑life, and direct patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans and perform home visits in assigned geographic territories.
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures; monitor client conditions and report changes.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a tablet‑based EMR system.
• Coordinate case management, execute doctors' orders, and conduct client assessments as needed.

Required profile

• Current Pennsylvania RN license.
• Minimum one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel to assigned cases.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and tablet documentation.
• Strong computer skills for data entry and reporting.
