1:1 Pediatric Nurse – Private Duty RN

About the role

BAYADA is seeking a Registered Nurse with a passion for pediatric care to provide one‑to‑one private duty nursing for a 3‑year‑old client who is tracheostomy and ventilator dependent in Norristown, PA.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to the client’s home on selected shifts (7a‑5p or 11p‑7a) and provide hands‑on care.
• Execute and document doctors’ orders, perform assessments, and monitor the client’s condition.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately.
• Maintain autonomy while delivering skilled nursing care in the home setting.

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
• Current, active RN license in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania.

Required skills

• Ventilator management and tracheostomy care.
• Clinical assessment and condition monitoring.
• Accurate documentation of medical orders and nursing interventions.
