Director, Hospice Services

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced healthcare leader to direct its hospice office in Blue Bell, PA. This role combines clinical and business leadership to impact clients, families, and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee overall management, operations, and services of the hospice office.
• Lead budgeting, planning, recruiting, and fiscal management.
• Monitor quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.
• Ensure staff receive education, training, coaching, and performance support.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, referral sources, and community partners.
• Identify growth opportunities based on industry and community trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of healthcare supervisory or management experience; home health or hospice experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare regulations (OASIS, PPS) and Pennsylvania healthcare regulations.
• Proven success in achieving goals and taking on increased responsibility.
• Strong leadership, recruiting, employee relations, and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Understanding of Medicare OASIS and PPS regulations.
• Familiarity with Pennsylvania healthcare regulatory environment.
