1:1 Pediatric LPN – Private Duty Nursing

About the role

BAYADA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse passionate about pediatric care to provide one‑to‑one private duty nursing for a 3‑year‑old child who is trach and ventilator dependent. Choose from flexible shift options in the Norristown area.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to the client’s home and deliver hands‑on care during selected shifts.
• Execute and document physicians’ orders, perform assessments, and monitor the client’s condition.
• Maintain accurate records of observations, interventions, and evaluations.

Required profile

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
• Current LPN license in good standing in the state.

Required skills

• Ventilator‑dependent patient care.
• Tracheostomy care.
• Clinical assessment and documentation.
