Registered Nurse – Home Health Senior Living

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a per‑diem position in the Charlotte Senior Living office. The RN will provide in‑home clinical services to adult and geriatric clients across senior living communities in Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, and Union counties.

Key responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans and perform home visits within assigned geographic territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures as ordered.
• Monitor client conditions, report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager, and document all observations using a tablet‑based EMR system.
• Complete client assessments, case management, and coordination of care.

Required profile

• Current North Carolina RN license.
• Minimum one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel to assigned cases.

Required skills

• Home health/OASIS documentation experience.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
