Registered Nurse – Home Health (Full‑Time, Weekend)

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a full‑time, weekend position in its Davidson County Visits office. The RN will provide in‑home care to adult and geriatric clients across Davidson, Randolph, Chatham and Lee counties in North Carolina, offering flexible schedules and a strong work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans and perform home visits within assigned territories.
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments and procedures as ordered.
• Monitor client conditions, report changes to clinical or client services managers, and document all observations using a tablet‑based EMR system.
• Execute doctors' orders, conduct client assessments, and coordinate case management activities.

Required profile

• Current North Carolina RN license.
• At least one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and travel to client homes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
