LPN Home Care Nurse – 1:1 Overnight Care

About the role

BAYADA is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to provide 1:1 overnight home care for clients in Asheboro and surrounding areas. You will work directly in clients' homes, delivering personalized nursing care throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 nursing care during overnight shifts, including monitoring vitals, medication administration, and wound care.
• Document patient information using Statewise electronic charting and communicate updates to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with 24/7 clinical support and mentorship resources to ensure high‑quality care.

Required profile

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Statewise electronic charting system.
• Ability to deliver independent, 1:1 patient care in a home setting.
