About the role
BAYADA is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide 1:1 pediatric home care in Asheboro and surrounding areas. You will support children and families by delivering safe, compassionate care in a flexible schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver individualized nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes.
- Coordinate with 24/7 clinical support and mentorship teams.
- Document care using Statewise electronic charting.
- Maintain compliance with state and company regulations.
Required profile
- Active LPN license in North Carolina.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

- Commitment bonuses ranging from $5,000 to $10,000.
- Hourly pay $28–30 (including differentials).
- Flexible full‑time, part‑time, or PRN schedules with no weekend requirement.
