Registered Nurse – Endoscopy (Per Diem)

About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital is seeking a per‑diem Registered Nurse to join the Endoscopy department. This Magnet‑recognized facility offers a fast‑paced environment where you will provide direct patient care throughout the endoscopic procedure journey.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures.
• Implement, monitor, and update patient care plans and document patient conditions.
• Carry out physician and nursing orders, assess discharge needs, and educate patients and families.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN).
• Current state RN licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required at hire; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required for critical‑care areas.
• Two years of recent related nursing experience for external applicants; internal candidates may have less with probationary review.

Required skills

• BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• PALS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• ACLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross) when applicable.
