About the role

Join the Cleveland Clinic Martin Health team in sunny Florida as a Registered Nurse in Critical Care. You will work across multiple locations, providing patient‑first care in a supportive environment that values safety and professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using sound nursing practice procedures.
• Perform accurate admission assessments and document pain levels according to protocol.
• Prioritize and document patient problems in collaboration with patients, families, and the health‑care team.
• Establish, implement, and regularly update plans of care with interdisciplinary input.
• Monitor and document patient condition, evaluating the effectiveness of interventions.
• Facilitate discharge planning and promote wellness throughout the care journey.

Required profile

• Completion of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN).
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale completed within the last year.
• Minimum two years recent experience in Critical Care.
