Regional Vice President

About the role

Convelo is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead sales performance across an assigned territory. This senior leader will drive new business growth, manage premium targets, and partner closely with underwriting to ensure profitability while representing Convelo’s specialty insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual regional sales plan in partnership with underwriting.
• Achieve and exceed new business production and written premium targets.
• Manage territory distribution and position Convelo as a lead partner for core program offerings.
• Build and monitor agency/broker business plans, holding partners accountable to metrics such as submissions and pipeline.
• Provide leadership and sales expertise to the territory, maintaining high ethical standards.
• Collaborate with underwriting on pipeline development, book roll opportunities, and key relationships.
• Conduct regular territory reviews focusing on new business, renewals, and profitability.
• Develop and adhere to the regional budget.
• Mentor and develop a team of Regional Sales Managers or Marketing Representatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
• Professional designations such as CIC, CPCU, or ARM are highly desired.
