About the role
Join Rothy’s Westside Provisions store in Atlanta as a Seasonal Retail Ambassador. You will represent the brand on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and embodying Rothy’s sustainability values.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the Rothy’s experience to every customer through knowledgeable product presentation and personalized service.
- Drive personal sales and contribute to team goals while building lasting client relationships.
- Support store operations including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Uphold store policies and SOPs to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
Required profile
- 18 years of age or older with a passion for service and a desire to meet personal and team sales targets.
- Previous retail or customer‑service experience preferred and strong communication skills.
- Availability to work at least 16 hours per week on peak and non‑peak days, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb and safely use ladders or step stools.
