Regional Sales Manager – Equipment Finance (Southwest)

About the role

Altius Search Group is recruiting a Regional Sales Manager for an equipment finance lessor serving dealers, distributors and manufacturers. The role is remote and focuses on customers throughout the Southwest United States.

Key responsibilities

• Originate small‑ to mid‑ticket vendor financing programs and develop leasing programs with qualified equipment manufacturers, distributors, dealers and resellers.
• Work with vendors and their customers to structure and present financing products for a variety of equipment.
• Manage accounts from application through funding, including negotiation of lease terms and pricing.
• Facilitate gathering of credit information for underwriting and provide front‑line sales support for financial products.
• Market equipment finance services through outbound calls and marketing materials, support existing manufacturer programs, expedite transactions and monitor invoice payments and service levels.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in equipment financing.
• Strong understanding of the equipment financing marketplace and the benefits of financing for lessees and vendors.
• Executive‑level sales, negotiating and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding financial goals.
• Ability to work independently, originate new relationships and grow existing accounts.
• Excellent communication and account management abilities.
