About the role

The Region Relationship Banker 2 supports multiple banking centers within the region, acting as an individual producer to achieve sales, service, and operational goals. This role processes customer financial transactions and builds strong relationships through excellent communication and active listening.

Key responsibilities

• Process teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments in compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Identify customers' financial needs, recommend appropriate products and services, and generate leads to drive sales.
• Support and coach fellow relationship bankers, assist with onboarding new staff, and act as a role model.
• Travel to various banking centers within the region to provide support and ensure consistent service delivery.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3‑4 years of customer service and needs‑based banking sales experience; 0‑2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of all banking products and services.
• Familiarity with branch transaction processing systems.
