Recruitment Marketing Strategist

About the role

AdventHealth is hiring a Recruitment Marketing Strategist in Calhoun, Georgia. The role leads the development and maintenance of relationships with regional and facility execution partners for the Talent team, acting as a strategic consultant and regional lead during system strategic planning. It covers digital content, conferences, events, career site, campaigns, referral programs and collegiate projects. The position requires Georgia residency and frequent travel.

Key responsibilities

• Lead talent attraction and recruitment marketing strategies across multiple regions, using market insights, employer brand and recruitment data to strengthen talent pipelines.
• Build partnerships across a matrixed organization, influencing Talent Acquisition teams, facility leaders, executives, Marketing and Communications to align priorities.
• Turn workforce and market data into actionable recommendations and present insights to senior leaders.
• Lead creative brainstorming and planning for regional initiatives and coordinate efforts across teams.
• Use knowledge of tools, systems and trends to improve work processes, and provide guidance to team members on new tools.
• Analyze trends, monitor the effectiveness of solutions and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, human resources or a related field, or an equivalent combination (associate's degree with 5 years of experience, or high school diploma with 7 years).
• 3+ years of strategy or support experience in communications, human resources, marketing or a related field.
• Georgia residency and willingness to travel frequently.

Required skills

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365 and online publishing tools.
• Understanding of process and program development and planning.
• Ability to lead research and present information.
