About the role
Join BAYADA’s TEM office in Scottsdale as a high‑volume Recruiter, connecting compassionate professionals with meaningful home‑care positions across the Phoenix area.
Key responsibilities
- Lead sourcing, recruiting and hiring activities for the office.
- Connect with prospective candidates by phone and build strong, positive relationships.
- Identify candidates who fit BAYADA’s standards of high‑quality care.
- Partner with the office team to support hiring goals and continued growth.
- Coordinate recruiting activities, follow up with candidates, and create a welcoming candidate experience.
Required profile
- Experience in high‑volume recruiting, hiring, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and confidence connecting with people by phone.
- An upbeat, relationship‑oriented approach.
- Ability to understand and communicate the importance of high‑quality care.
- Strong organization, follow‑through, and attention to detail.
- Genuine commitment to BAYADA’s mission and the communities it serves.
